Welcome to the Learning Circle
One of our goals at Noc Bay Trading Company is to encourage people—especially young people—to create their own dance clothing and, through the process, develop a personal connection to the culture and traditions behind these items. The Learning Circle is the result of more than 20 years of practical experience creating instructional materials to help people construct dance clothing using materials and techniques available today.
We are pleased to make these Learning Circle instruction sheets available online as downloadable PDF tutorials. These resources are provided for personal use, and may also be printed and used by teachers, schools, and youth groups for classroom instruction or youth projects.
